Project Goals
After completing multiple projects in the town of Lawrenceville, CPG was approached by the JSR|SPC Museum & Archives to complete a strategic planning exercise for the institution.
Project Design
CPG organized and executed stakeholder engagement and strategic planning workshop sessions to develop a 10-year+ planning document.
The input from important stakeholder groups allowed for the prioritization of future goals and endeavors and a means through which the institution can establish achievable and practical milestones for growth and continued service to Russell’s legacy.
Challenges & Accomplishments
The strategic planning process began and unfolded during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, highlighting the importance of having such a plan in place for the future.
The plan memorializes the good practices already in place and will allow the museum to be more viable in the future and reach its intended audience and supporters. The plan was adopted by the Board in November 2022.
