Industrial Warehouses

With their large open floor plans and interesting structural systems, industrial warehouse had long been overlooked for their historic importance and utility. However, increasingly warehouses are becoming popular for mixed-use, residential and commercial projects. CPG is currently working on numerous warehouse renovations with developers from Danville to Norfolk. These renovation projects are turning recently bleak and lifeless industrial areas into vibrant assets that attract a variety of users. We have also successfully achieved Virginia Landmarks Register and National Register of Historic Places designation for individually distinctive industrial warehouses that convey significant information about our history in the fields of production and manufacturing.
