Paige Pollard
Paige received her undergraduate degree in City Planning with a minor in Architecture from the University of Virginia, and a graduate degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Georgia. Prior to establishing CPG, she managed the Virginia Department of Historic Resources Local Government Assistance Programs as well as the department's Tidewater Region Preservation Program, working with property owners and local governments from over 30 cities and counties. In this capacity, she acted as the departmental liaison to all localities throughout Virginia on preservation planning issues; developed and conducted Architectural Review Board training and provided guidance in the development and improvement of local preservation ordinances. Paige has also worked as staff to the local architectural review boards in the cities of Norfolk, VA and Athens, GA. Paige's primary responsibilities at CPG include managing the historic rehabilitation tax credit consulting and preservation planning contracts.
